USA more popular than ever in Britain

Just thought I'd try and cheer yo'all up a bit.

Last week a MORI poll in Britain said that four out of five people in
Britain like Americans.

Quote:-
"What's the source of all the talk about the rise in Anti-Americanism in
this country? Despite reports regularly appearing these days in certain
sections of the British media, Americans are liked by more people in
Britain than at any time in past three decades."

There is a section of the media that make a lot of noise about how bad
America is, but they are a small minority. The noise they make is
wayyyyy out of proportion to the amount of support they have. This small
group that is so critical of America would be anti-America no matter
what America did. The USA can't win with this group.

I see the same in the American media as well. There is a small, noisy,
very critical group, but the vast majority of Americans support current
USA policies.

The minority protesting noisily will say, of course, that the majority
in Britain and the USA have all been brainwashed by propaganda.
But, on the other hand, the majority might be right. No?
