I could suggest a GOOGLE search, then try filtering through hundreds of sites.
Anyone on this list wanting to give a thumbnail sketch?

*****
As is well-known, merely "freezing" a body doesn't prevent it from
decaying.
That was pointed out on this list just a couple of weeks back,
in discussing what a disaster the ORIGINAL attempt at embalming
Vladimir Lenin turned out to be. That first effort merely involved
keeping the deceased dictator's body deeply refrigerated.
And even immersing a corpse into a solid block of ice doesn't
help all that much. When our own Ivan Sanderson investigated the
so-called "Minnesota Iceman" during the late 1960s, he noticed
bubbles of decay slowly working their away upwards through the ice.
(For the sake of our discussion here, it doesn't matter if the
"Iceman" was indeed genuine or simply a carnival sideshow exhibit
hoked up from stitched-together animal matter.)
So at what temperature DOES decay stop?
Sincerely,
George Wagner (suddenly not feeling all that hot himself)
