TECH: glasses to cure color blindness

This past week, the US Food and Drug Administration issued approval to seven
opticians to prescribe a type of eyeglass that mitigates color blindness.

The eyeglasses look like mirrored sunglasses, as shown on the television news.
When someone puts them on, they opaquely shield the eyes.

Cannot find a URL, other than a corporation that claims to sell a similar
product without prescription. Has anyone seen any more on this?

Sincerely,
Kathryn Aegis
