because he has lost clarity. If he opposes Jihaddi Imperialism, then
climbing-down, from every policy statement that gets made, will lose him

"that vision thing." Vision means a deliberate attempt to draw lines against
Islamic Imperialists. Vision means insisting on an energy policy that
liberates the US from OPEC oil.

Amara,
Has W really lost clarity or has he simply been criticized by media
helping their favorite candidates with the upcoming election. Believe me if
you seek them out there is plenty of media that understand him very well.
He is going after terrorists where ever he can find them. He regards
countries that harbor terrorists as contributing to terrorism. He doesn't
intend to tip his hand by disclosing his tactics ahead of time.
On the economic front I don't agree with some of his viewpoints and I
have written him saying so. I also wish he would give me a daily briefing
but he doesn't. <G>
But I can follow his actions and deduce his intents fairly well from
what appears in the media, from listening to friends contribute their
insights or evidence and by listening at some of the Moslem lists on line.
I think he is going to get rid of Sadaam, I think he will then conduct
a diplomatic campaign to stop Saudi Arabia's support of terrorists. But I
could be wrong in my analysis.
In my reading of the media it appears that most folks think he has
conducted one operation since 9-11. I suspect him of having conducted four
operations in response to Al Qaida initiatives. First, Afghanistan. Second,
in the P. I. they seem to have done a major number on the Moslem terrorists.
Third, the Al Qaida announced its intent to support terrorism in Israel, so
far that seems to be a loss or at best a break even for them. Fourth, the Al
Qaida seem to have attempted to start a war in Kashmir (spelling?) and to
have been frustrated by the diplomatic efforts of W.
I would really love to hear the viewpoints of the other list members.
Oh btw, I also believe the Al Qaida are also conducting two other operations
that have not come to fruition. Let me continue my count. Five, an effort
to install a religious government in Pakistan. Six, a long term program
inside the U. S.
