Do allow me to relate my favorite Nick Bostrom story, and forgive
me if I have posted this before. I cannot remember if I did.
At Extro5 a bunch of us went out to lunch. A young lady struck
up a conversation with Nick. She asked his profession. In his gentle
lilting Swedish accent, he replied that he was a teacher.
she: Ah, a teacher. Where do you teach?
he: At Yale.
she: JAIL?! How did you get in JAIL?
