Samantha is forgetting that by letting real murderers
loose, you are condemning other innocent people to
death, since murder recidivism rates are rather high.
For every two real murderers you let go, you are
killing at least one or more innocent persons they
will victimize in the future.

If less than one in three prisoners on death row are
actually innocent, then you are saving more lives than
you are killing by executing the innocent convicted.
