My point exactly.
The Kyoto protocol/treaty is useless precisely because it excludes
countries like China, arguably the worlds largest polluter/producer
of greenhouse gases, not to mention the rest of the socialist
nonsense concealed in the treaty.
Justice means real equality not redistribute-the-wealth-scheme
socialist nonsense.
