If neutrinos do have rest mass then handedness (not the spin) of
the particle would be arbitrary, but that wouldn't erase the distinction
between neutrinos and antineutrinos. In any frame of reference if a
neutrino is left handed, and so far all detected have been, then the
antineutrino would always be right handed in the same frame.
To my knowledge the question of a magnetic moment for the neutrino
has not been settled experimentally, but I could be wrong about that.
