This is... most provoking. Dear nanogirl, Nanosystems is a not very
recent book, written by a single, albeit very bright, person.
Now nanotechnology research in the mainstream has begun in earnest,
the results are most encouraging, and so far I don't see anything
which absolutely excludes the possibility of designing some very,
very nasty mites. All the Foresight Instututes in the world united
cannot control a large, very busy scientific field.
I don't know about you, but I am worried. We must begin planning a
nanoCERT, and allocate some funding towards theoretical goo
studies. These computers are mighty fast nowadays, you know.
