META: Gentlefolk, please maintain include trimming discipline

Apparently we have a number of new subscribers as of yet unacquainted
with the proper list netiquette. It is considered common practice to
include the minimal amount of lines (with proper attribution, of course)
neccessary to follow the thread. ASCII wastelands (verbatim post
citations) in form of page-long posts with the only content cargo
being naughty one-liners at the bottom are 1) intensely frowned upon
at first occurence 2) mercilessly killfiled thereafter, unless the
offenders mend their ways soonest. (The only exception of this rule is
Hara Ra, for obvious reasons).

So: if you want to be heard, change your style. If not, prepare to
meet thy (silent) doom in the guise of a killer procmail script.
(It might be actually a good idea of making a custom of publicly
posting these periodically, as a kind of an anti-top-ten).

ciao,
'gene
