sorry retroman. this email program i use creates an automatic
**sender wrote** line whenever i hit reply. i fear it might
generate accidental misattributions when i clip out sections.
im not sure how to defeat that feature... {8^D sorry mike!

i realize now that the comment itself (mine) needs clarification.
the government likes to keep a cover on its weapons technology
until it is actually used, but not always. today there are gps guided
reentry bodies that have not been used but there are detailed
references to them in the open literature, some of it generated
by me, and blessed by the censureship committee of lockheed
martin.
