The list members may be interested in several sources for specialized
supplements. I have used these companies in the past and recently several of
their products are aided me greatly in the recovery from an gall bladder
operation. (It's now clear that "you can go back to work in two weeks" does
NOT mean "you will be back to normal in two weeks". Basically once out of
the hospital you are on your own. Being told "you are not 18 anymore somehow
does not make me feel much better.)
I would HIGHLY recommend that if you use supplements you do so only under
the advice of an orthomolecular physician!

A not so obvious source of nutritional supplements besides a good local
health food store is your local sports nutrition store. There is a overlap
of interests in the sports/body building and health improvement communities
that most have not realized yet.
Best Wishes
