### Not really. The lawyers on this list might comment more but as far as I
know laws which are not enforced cannot be arbitrarily used, and it's
possible to get a court to throw the case out. This is why cops cannot
ticket you for driving 56 miles in a 55 mile zone, unless they can prove
they ticket everybody the same way.
