BALI: Terrorism spreads?

For those ExI list readers who are of the opinion that wars
or violence must be avoided "at all costs", I would ask you
to read:

I'll note that this is a Canadian paper and so hopefully is
somewhat removed from U.S. centric rhetoric. I would guess
that the majority of the victims involved are from asian countries,
perhaps including many from Australia. The death toll here approaches
that of the bombing of the U.S. Embassy in Kenya.

I've been to Bali -- at the time (about a decade ago) it seemed
to me to be one of the most "peaceful" places in the world.
I can no longer make that assertion.
