Impressive that he could get this out so fast. I note in

that this isn't the only really outrageous Buchanan outlier, just the only
only one that would make a difference. (Actually Richmond, NH, might
make a difference too). Makes me wonder how much hanky-panky,
intentional or otherwise, is going on. Do they use these kinds of
things as process quality control? Seems logical that any outlier should
be investigated for possible irregularities. This would be particularly
useful where irregularities are unintentional, as in Palm Beach.
