This won't help out with the situation they want to avoid. By the time they
realize what's going on and kick off the bad guy, he's already posted who
knows how many messages. Not to mention that the moron can just sign back
up 5 minutes later with a different hotmail account.

Won't work- think like a black hat: they send 5 innocuous posts that make it
past the moderator, then when they get unmoderated they flame away.
