I can predict a big winner Billy. Those who can afford both the
info-missiles and the info-antimissiles. The big losers will be those
who can afford neither. When I say afford, I am not necessarily
referring to money, but rather wealth in ability to handle information
technology. I dont know the solution to this, or even if there is a
problem, but I know which side of the arms race I wanna be on:
