We will put all that dust to good use by making a large aerogel
block suspended on a 10 km cable below a large mass. Then
the block would be moving slightly slower than the dust in
orbit and the dust would imbed itself in the aerogel block. Im
thinking on the order of 1 km on a side. Reel it in after a period
of time, melt it down, remove the valuable materials that was
once uselessly orbitting Phobos dust, make it into something
it would be excited and pleased to become. spike
