Just in case, this remark should not be taken as an arguement against
synthetic vitamins
in principal. If the natural is better (judging by all applicable standards)
use that, if the
synthetic is better use that.
With that said, I must admit somewhat overstated my case. It is true,
vitamin C
is vitamin C however you look at it under a microscope, but how the body
responds and utilizes it depends on the grade and quality of manufacture.
