Ja, and another thing about CR is there is no good way to tell if it
is doing any good. Those of us who have been doing CR for 20 yrs
or more have no way to know for sure if we are aging more slowly
than we would have otherwise. What we need is some kind of
biological clock or some way to measure our rate of aging, like a
telomere measurement technique or something. spike
