Mike, Ill check this tomorrow but one thing I see immediately is if you
are out one earth diameter from the surface, your acceleration is only
1/9 what it would be at the deck, since acceleration is inversely proportional
to distance squared and you are triple the distance from the cm of the
earth. I havent figured out what the fall time is tho. im sure Doug Jones
will have calced it before I get back on tomorrow. {8-]
