Can you share the email address to get approval or permission for this type=
 of bitcoin transactions? i.e. opening and closing of LN channels or OP_RET=
URN. I will keep that in Cc next time.

I can write chess moves on a dollar bill and send to my friends but it does=
 not solve any of the problems. Bitcoin's blockchain or ledger is for trans=
actions. As long as a transaction is valid, standard and paying fees nobody=
 should have issues with what is being achieved with the transaction.
