Indeed, Signet is no less (or more) Bitcoin than a seed format or BIP 32. It=
=E2=80=99s =E2=80=9Cnot Bitcoin=E2=80=9D but it=E2=80=99s certainly =E2=80=9C=
interoperability for how to build good testing for Bitcoin=E2=80=9D.
