Well, first off, I wouldn't know anything about extropian ideas if I hadn't
read philosophy. Max More is a philosopher and he created the extropian
philosophy. How many people would be discussing extropian ideas if they had
not read the Extropian Principles?

Philosophy plays a substantial role in how we view life and how we
establish our values as individuals *thinking* about our future and by
questioning how to create a future that is worth living.
