Problem: without a sophisticated AI, you're not going to be able to detect
messages which have *incorrect* keywords, so there's an easy way for anyone
to get around this kind of blocking.

Of course the fact that we're seeing all these kinds of authoritarian
suggestions is another clear sign of how far the list has fallen in the
last few years; a more Extropian solution would be to allow posters to
register with a PPL with its own rules, and for the list software to
automatically append (PPL:name) to each message as it passes through.
That way those who want a nice happy fluffy list with no argument can
block out anything but the Happy Fluffy PPL and the rest of us can
block them out. Abusers get kicked out into a Chaos PPL by the PPL
owner, where most people will ignore them.
