Actually, the NodeNet law forum (the only one in which I participate actively)
has had periods of pretty good dialogue, and essentially no noise at all. The
traffic is not constant, though, which is fine by me and, judging by the lack
of complaint, the other subscribers. I'd say it's worked quite well.
