I would rather see it more positively as a cleansing scourge on
businesses which are run incompetently. Also, albeit I won't be gone
on a long trip around y2k, I wouldn't want to be in the air, which as
well applies to the night on 1998/1999. Maybe this small prequake will be
large enough that people can learn from failure analysis during/after
the fact, albeit the system classes affected will unlikely be the
same. (Also, y2k will sure be a great topic for sociologists...)
