But logrolling fairs over into deal-cutting, which is the only way anything
ever gets _done_ in Congress. :)
Every once in a while, I think term limits are a good idea. Then I remember
Professor Bernardo de la Paz. If I may "channel" him for a moment, I think
he might say, "let them stay as long as they want--but _why give them any
money_? Let them pay for their folly themselves..."
