There's one way we can avoid this. If you (and many others) embedd your
knowledge into software, and gives it an interface that is self educating.
(You can learn to use it by using it), then newcommers can start at your
current level. (Standing on the shoulders of giants...) It is of course IA
in practise. The problem is that the tools for embedding knowledge is too
slow to use so that it will take too long with current technology.
