Hello all,
HighLift Systems's proposal for a near-term space elevator piqued my
curiosity. Google returns little on scenarios for much cheaper launch
costs and less on how to model such things.
I'd like some pointers on how-to model this sort of thing. I can use
Excel decently, and have Mathematica for any heavy work. My background
doesn't include economics, so if that means back to basics please say
so.
Oh yes, please reply off-list.
