Oh, oh. I used those words recently, and I want to make certain they're not
misunderstood. "Victimless crime" in my post was tied to "profanity" - and
why profanity is a "victimless" crime is that there is no Big Spook ("BS")
up in the sky who may be offended if one of his imperfect, mortal
made-in-his-image lackeys down on planet Earth dare use BS's name in vain
(for which act they are certain to be severely punished for eternity).
That's why - though I rarely use "emoticons" - I put the little ;-) symbol
at the end. I supposed - maybe mistakenly - that nontheists on this list
may have heard that phrase ("victimless crime") before.

While gods don't exist, people do. So, by definition, people cannot be
"victimless" of a crime committed against them.

Hope that clears it up.
