OK, you also complained about the Bush working against the World Court and
later you complain that Bush is weakening constitutional rights, but these
two complaints are contradictory. An American citizen could be charged with
some rather vague felonies like "serious threats to the environment" and
even "committing outrages on personal dignity" whatever that means. Also the
constitution has a prohibition against double jeopardy but the World Court
does not, and the right to trial by jury would be lost, so would the right
to confront the witnesses against you.
