You wouldn't, except in the rare case that you were a victim
of a crime. Or wanting to solve a local crime, just for fun, on
your spare time. [Or wanting to check out one of those
pubic surveillance systems. {8^D Actually, come to think
of it, we already have that. I wonder what it is like growing
up these days, never having to wonder about the opposite
sex. Now all the kids hafta do is google it up and there they
have it, no mystery. But I digress.]

This crime-solving intra-net is the first idea I have heard that
actually holds real promise for profound change in that
area of society. spike
