Hmm, I don't really want to spend any more time cruising people's webcam
pages... urg.

But it looks like they just spew out to a jpg file, updating periodically.

So if you could get people to register the URL of the jpg (or other picture
file format), location information, and refresh interval, in a P2P system,
then writing a nice client (browser or app) would be almost trivial.

In fact, there are examples of this kind of thing already, for vanity
webcams... see http://cams.overnow.com/ for one example. (here's the simple
webcam tutorial from that site: http://www.overnow.com/camhowto.html).

If anyone wants to really do this thing, let me know... it looks both fun
and relatively simple.
