The idea that Hitler was vegetarian is an urban myth that is often
debunked by skeptic and hoax sites. Bascially, Hitler was a very sick
man (physically as well as mentally). He couldn't eat meat or a lot
of foods because they made him sick. Although he spoke of the healthy
Aryan ideal, he didn't actually practice vegetarianism or believe in
it for health reasons.

The Seventh Day Adventists were despised because of their observance
of the Old Testament laws and seventh day sabbath just like Jews. The
Nazis use a lot of Solar symbolism in their mix of occult and
christianity. They believed the true religion worshiped the true god
on sunday.

Jehovah Witnesses were despised because they refused to swear "Heil
Hitler" or make other oaths to the Fatherland. Swearing any oaths was
against their religion. Because they wouldn't swear allegiance to the
flag, they were considered traitors. Because the Nazis assumed that
the true religion supported their cause, and Seventh Day Adventist
interpretations didn't, they were considered a false religion.
