Indeed.

The original point of this thread was that the vast majority of
citizens in this country have citizenship handed to them on a
golden platter, at no cost, and like a rich kid who always had
money, don't really understand the value of what they are fortunate
enough to have, and therefore don't have any respect for it.

The idea to be discussed was that if an investment were required,
would it be a better society.
