Assuming this is not all tongue-in-cheek (it had me ROTFL), you
should have video taped it. It surely would have been an historic
documentary piece for future PBS specials on how extropians
battled against the ignorant masses to rip the curtain from
its rings and expose the wizard as he truely is.

On another vector, one could always ask what steps SIAI is
taking to ensure that the seed AI is not going to be unduly
influenced by its environment and end up being a good ole boy
rednecked AI? The thought almost (I'll stress "almost")
makes me think an amoral AI isn't such a bad thing.
