Sad but true. Given our resources, we do more of this stuff than any
other country. I believe our security is superior to what most
countries can afford, and the increased level of leaks are due to the
higher volume of such activity.

(Don't confuse real leaks with Bush's disinformation propaganda machine
he announced this year. E.g., our Iraq war plans are not being
"leaked", except deliberately.)
