Please think out the consequences. The above means that any
group that thinks you are responsible for their grievances can
legitimately do the same to you and yours without an procedure
capable of defending you in place. Is this what you advocate?

Unless you want to live in a jungle totally by the power of
might of your gang alone, the rule of law is precisely what your
life depends upon. International law is incompetent when major
players, like US, don't support it and flout it any time they wish.
