Yes, though its not absolute. Studies have shown that
those with fast twitch muscle fiber dominance, fast
fire nerve dominance, or other characteristics that
lend to 'risk taking tendencies' do tend to
significantly commit a larger proportion of crimes. It
isn't a sure thing by any means, though, so judging
people badly on their genetic tendency toward risk
taking isn't very smart. Since 2% of the population
commits 90% of all crime, if, say, 1/3 of the
population had risk taking genes, discriminating
against them because of the behavior of a small
minority of their membership is wrong. It mis not be
wrong, though, to flag such individuals in their
childhood development for more effort and attention by
parents, teachers, coaches, etc.
