I use religious terms very liberally when cursing and I too, have
never said "oh God" during sex. Neither has any partner I have been with.
Personally I find "hnmph hnmph argghhhh YIPPEE !" kind of works for me.
I think the "Oh God" bit is just a meme spread mainly through the
media. I'd be interested to see when the earliest documented case of this
outburst occurred.

I think the declaration of allegiance is a touch out of date. Id sign
up to Mike's version straight away. Why can't the U.S just use the British
allegiance ?
"Im here, Give me a house !" it appears to be a foolproof method of getting
citizenship.
