Funny I didn't see any of these things change when the Democrats
had power....

I don't see any Democrats dissenting....
This is not just a Republician issue of course, and as an
independant I've been forced to vote Republician for awhile now.
But even the Republician party knows 28% of it's members are social
libertarians.
For the record I agree with the courts ruling.
