I disagree, its not the species. Not all peoples in the drought-belt
mentioned are suffering malnutrition. There are other regions being effected
where things are not too bad at all. Why the divergence if this is a
species-thing? Answer:

Its not the species, its government, management, and cultures, as was
mentioned before. In this particular case, it is not like a one-size fits all
tube sock or condom. At least not in this case. It is not the human
condition. It can and will be remidied by a change in policy or government.
This issue will not require a singularity to fix. Although, once a
singularity fixes it, it will stay fixed. Human brains should suffice in this
case.
