Its not even precisely, socialism per-se' but in total its the like of
capitalism and education. You can do great things with socialism...for a
while. But its usually not a long-term remedy. As I opined in response to R.
Bradbury's post, the people need leadership in building cisterns for dry
times. Its emphatically not hi-tech for now, its tech of any kind, management
really. Mugabe is a black racist who has really screwed up (golly yes there
are those kind of people in the world), he is essentially a Milosevic,
without brains, who merely panders to people who have been screwed-over by
his policies, and now All turn to savage the whites (who ruled an apartheid
for 100 years there). But it was a better-fed apartheid.
