Yup its a conspiracy, the Europeans are coming to get you - run for the

Of course it doesn't occur to anyone that a plane flying out of Tiawan that
accidentally explodes ninety miles of the Chinese coast might be due to
someone forgetting to key the cancel button at thier SAM site. I mean its
not like the Chinese have shot down aircraft off thier eastern seaboard
before; oh no, they have.

If it wasn't an accidental explosion, which I'm sure it was, then my money's
on the building tension out there.
