Well yes, for that post. You may have missed my earlier post in this
thread, where I listed four possible post-Singularity scenarios and said
that I don't think any of them could be ruled out. We're spending more
time exploring this particular scenario, probably because it seems most
familiar to us, and we have some ideas of what it might be like.
But you're welcome to discuss any of the other ones, or your own scenario
if you don't like mine. We could talk about how a Sysop should allocate
resources among its "users", or if all SI's were to converge on the same
goals, what would they be, or what technologies might be able to defeat
the evolutionary pressure towards selfishness, etc.
