This isn't happening at just the basic work level, it's getting
impossible to get good people in the trades anymore. The ones who
apply aren't qualified, and the ones who are qualified or could
become qualified know all about the indignities heaped upon
tradespeople these days and aren't interested.
I don't blame them, I wouldn't do it again.
Add to that the fact that the heads of the unions are starting to
behave like the company managers. Some of the most highly skilled
people are refusing to train the next generation.
