Prior to the "Massacre", there was reported a few hundred Palestinian
die-hard militants who refused to surrender, pledged to fight to the
death. That they are now dead does not denote a 'massacre' in the war
crimes sense, but in the sense that the Palestinian gun men were wiped
out for refusing to surrender. In other areas of Palestine, militants
have surrendered in droves. Israel now has over 4,000 militants in
prisons as a result of the recent fighting, all of whom surrendered to
Israeli forces when ordered to.
Of course, the Palestinians will try to lie through their teeth and
claim the Jenin defeat is a 'war crime' just as they are trying to twist
the definitions of terrorism and the Laws of War totally into knots. The
fact they are doing this totally undermines any credibility they may
have once had.
