My emphasis is, that we need pratical solutions, and I suspect that the Los
Alamos process comes close to being one. I am one of those people who are
wearied to the max of promises of "fusion round the corner." The same goes
for solar and the renwables, except, perhaps, hot-rock geothermal.
I stress that the last thing I want to hear about in energy research is
vaporware. Vaporware doesn't bake bread, or build bridges.
<<I've pointed out a few solutions. They're unpopular, becase they'll cost
you money, at least on the short run. As far as I'm concerned, if you're
not ready to pay for a solution, you obviously don't have a problem, or at
least one that is not pressing enough. What you *think* it's not pressing
enough, that is.
If you're asking for an affordable solution which the marketplace will
embrace readily, and all lobbies will welcome, no, I don't have any such
solutions. (If I did you'd read it in the news, not on this list).>>
