You have a system that does this?

I be curious to know the make and model.

In 1991 the day we launched Caller-ID I had an idea based on the
fact that we were forced to offer Call-ID blocking. I could see the
potential for abuse and so submitted the idea for "call blocking
refusal". They gave me a polite " We don't see the use for it" but
seven years later brought out the same exact idea as "Privacy
Manager" which was International Telecom Product of the year.

Patented by the company of course.
